Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReferralMax (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter contracts. The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

3. The Referral Program

ReferralMax operates a 5-tier multi-level reward system. You earn crypto rewards when your referrals sign up and meet activity requirements. Rewards are paid on-chain once confirmed by the platform.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

50% of your deposit is held as an admin fee, available for withdrawal upon reaching Level 5. The remaining 50% is withdrawable at any time subject to your level's withdrawal limit. Level 1 has a $10 cap until you complete 5 referrals.

The signup deposit is non-refundable. We reserve the right to delay or cancel withdrawals for fraud prevention, compliance, or technical reasons.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: create fake accounts, use bots, spam referrals, engage in self-referral, or attempt to manipulate the system. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all rewards.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and code on ReferralMax are owned by us. You may not copy or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason. Upon termination, any held funds remain subject to these terms until resolved.

8. Disclaimers & Risk Acknowledgment

Crypto assets are volatile. ReferralMax is not a bank, investment advisor, or financial service. We provide no guarantees of earnings. You use the Platform at your own risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReferralMax and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify major changes via email or in-app banner.
